Yakitori Alley in Shinjuku: The best street in Tokyo β›©
Best ramen I have ever had. Dipping ramen, where noodle and broth comes separated. Broth was gravy like, sticking to the noodle. Chicken and soy base with crispy skin crumbles. Very garlicky. Umami bomb! 🍜
This was a phenomenal breakfast omakase. Around 20 pieces, highest quality, for only $60. And the beer was perfectly cold. 🍣🍺
